Infant Program: Infancy is a time of vast cognitive and motor development. Our infant teachers are here to nurture your child through this amazing process and to help guide you along this journey! Our low infant:teacher ratio allows your baby to get the one on one time he/she needs and ensures a strong bond with the caregiver . Our infants are given lots of “floor” and outdoor time which are essential to healthy development. UEP infant teachers are trained to provide your baby the stimulation they need for both cognitive and physical development. Our infant program is for children 3 months to 12 months.
Toddler Program: Toddlers are natures great explorers and the teachers at UEP have the experience to channel that natural curiosity into learning opportunities that promote growth in all developmental areas. Our toddler rooms are set up to allow your child to freely explore their environments. We offer up to four different toddler classes in order to meet the different needs of children in this age range. We encourage our toddler students to learn about the world around them through discovery, reading, art, music and movement! The UEP toddler teacher provides a program rich with language and activities to keep your little one busy! Our toddler program is for children 12-36 months.
Preschool Program: To make the education in our preschool enriching for all, the curriculum used is based on the principles of emergent curriculum, which is spontaneous and responsive to the immediate interest of each child. The UEP preschooler is taught through developmentally appropriate practices, and the top priorities of the UEP preschool teacher are to keep all students actively engaged in their education, to be flexible to the needs of each child, and to use instructional scaffolding to support young learners. Our preschool program is for children 3-4 years of age (by September 1 of the current school year).
GA LOTTERY FUNDED PREK: 4 years of age by September 1 of the current school year.
